Some nice and easy-to-make picnic snacks rather than a bag of chips. The ingredients are very minimal so is the process of making them. Gabby loves them as much as I do!
Ingredients
You will need:
150 g bread flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp yeast
60 ml warm water
25 ml olive oil
Sesame seeds
Instructions
Mix bread flour, salt and yeast
Add water, mix
Add oil (olive or any light tasting oil)
Knead until smooth
Rest for 40 mins
Flatten into a rectangle
Sprinkle seeds, and roll over the rolling pin, repeat front and back
Let the dough rest for 20 mins, preheat the oven this time for 390F
