Rich Butter Cookies - No shape

This recipe doesn't hold any shape, best to use the flower tip bag to form a circle with vague patterns.

Ingredients

1 cup butter (softened)
1 tsp vanilla, room temp
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs, room temp
1 1/2 cups APF
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Cream butter, vanilla and sugar
  • Add eggs, beat
  • Add flour and salt, mix
  • Drop onto parchment lined tray
  • Bake for 12-13 mins until edges are brown.
