Pigs in a Blanket

Yummy as they are as cute as what they are called. Pigs in blankets live up to your expectation. Perfect for lunch at school, morning bites, or snacks! Tender and juicy sausages wrapped in soft, warm milky bready! Don't forget the toasted black and white sesame seeds sprinkled on top! Ah, perfection! 

Ingredients

You will need:
  • flour 2 cup
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Yeast 2 tsp
  • One egg, beaten 
  • Luke warm water 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp



Instructions

You will do:
  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Knead for 10 mins
  3. Rest for 1 hour
  4. Deflate and form into balls, max 8-10.
  5. Flatten the dough and slice sides with 5 strips
  6. Place Sausage in the center and wrap 
  7. Rest for 10 mins
  8. Glazed with egg or milk
  9. Sprinkle Sesame seeds
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
  11. Brush oil or butter
  12. Cover with a damp cloth
  13. Let it cool completely
