Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixer
  2. Mix until smooth
  3. Scoop a tbsp into a tray
  4. Flatten with a fork
  5. Bake at 350F at 10 - 15 mins
