Peaches and Cream Pie

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cold butter, cut into cubes
  •  ½ cup cold water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Cooking oil (for deep-frying) mango peach hand pies

Filling

2 cups peaches
¼ cup sugar
1tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp cold water
1 cup whipping cream and 2 tbsp p sugar 

Instructions

  1. Cook peaches and sugar



  1. Add cornstarch mixture
  2. Beat whipping cream and sugar until soft peak
  3. Once peaches are cold, combine with whipping cream



  1. Fry until golden brown or bake at 370F for 45 mins.
