Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar or maple syrup
- 3/4 cup any milk of choice
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- any mix-ins
Instructions
- Melt butter in the microwave for 15 seconds and set aside
- mix all ingredients in order
- let it sit for 10 mins until puffy
