Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar or maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup any milk of choice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • any mix-ins

Instructions

  • Melt butter in the microwave for 15 seconds and set aside
  • mix all ingredients in order
  • let it sit for 10 mins until puffy
