Ingredients

You will need:

Covers 24 cupcakes
  • 2 ½ cups (590 ml) heavy cream, chilled
  • 60 g or 4tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Beat cream and sugar at low for 2 - 3 mins
2. Add vanilla
3. Beat high until stiff peak.
