Cream Cheese Chicken

Ingredients

  1. Chicken breast, fillet slice
  2. 110g cream cheese
  3. 1/4 cup chicken broth 
  4. 1/4 cup mozarella
  5. Onion
  6. Garlic
  7. Mushrooms
  8. Asparagus
  9. Spinach
  10. 2 tbsp butter
  11. 1 tbsp oil
  12. 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper
  2. Sauté onion and mushrooms in butter and oil for 4-5 mins
  3. Saute garlic
  4. Sauté the chicken until golden brown, cook for 8 mins
  5. Add soy sauce
  6. Add chicken brooth 
  7. Add cream cheese
  8. cook for 5-8 mins 
  9. Add cheese
  10. Add asparagus and cook for 2-3 mins
  11. Add spinach 
  12. Turn the heat off
