1. Whisky Sour
60 mL (2 oz) Bourbon or Whisky
15 mL (1/2 oz) Oasis orange juice
15 mL (1/2 oz) lemon juice
15 mL (1/2 oz) simple syrup
1/2 oz egg white (optional)
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add bourbon or Whisky, orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Shake well.
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with an orange slice or maraschino cherry.
If adding egg white:
Add all ingredients w/out ice and shake
Add ice and shake for 15 sec.
2. Mimosa
110 mL (3 2/3 oz) Sparkling wine
40 mL (1 1/3 oz) orange juice
In a flute, pour the sparkling wine and orange juice.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
3. Screwdriver
45 mL (1 ½ oz) of vodka
150 mL (5 oz) of Oasis orange juice
1 orange wedge
375 mL (1 ½ cup) of ice cubes
In a shaker, pour the vodka, orange juice and ice cubes.
Shake for 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with an orange wedge.
5. Tequila Sunrise
60 mL (2 oz) of Tequila
125 mL (4 oz) of Oasis orange juice
7.5 mL (1/4 oz) grenadine
Add the tequila and orange juice to a chilled highball glass.
Top with the grenadine.
