Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ( 1 stick unsalted butter, room temp
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup APF
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup dark choco chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Beat butter and sugar until light yellow/pale
  • Add egg and vanilla, beat
  • in a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda
  • add to the wet ingredients, beat until combined. Add rolled oats and choc chips, fold
  • bake for 10 mins - soft and chewy
  • bake for 12 mins - crunchy
keep until 4-5 days
