Chocolate Ganache

Versatile choco frosting for cakes and mix-ins for cookies and brownies

Ingredients

  • 2  cup choco chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Bring heavy cream to a simmer, remove from heat and pour over choco chips
  2. Place lid on the choc chips and let sit for 5mins, no mixing.
  3. Remove the lid and swirl the mixture. You may add a tbsp of butter for extra gloss.
