Ingredients

  • 1 cup and 1tbs APF
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa
  • 1 cup or 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, room temp
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 120 ml hot water mixed with 1 tsp coffee or 1 shot espresso
Frosting: choco ganache

Instructions

  • Combine and mix all dry ingredients
  • Add egg, oil, milk, vanilla, mixed
  • Add coffee mixture
  • Bake for 30 mins
  • Prepare the ganache and let it cool
  • Let it cool and pour chocolate ganache
